Yuxin Pipe Industry, a leading manufacturer of stainless steel and special alloy pipe fittings and flanges, has announced a significant expansion of production capacity across its two strategic manufacturing bases in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, and Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province.

The expansion project includes the addition of advanced CNC pipe fitting forming machines, automated welding lines, and precision flange forging equipment at both facilities. The Yangzhou base has added 5,000 square meters of dedicated workshop space, while the Wenzhou base has upgraded its heat treatment and surface finishing capabilities to meet growing international demand.

"We have consistently seen increased orders from key sectors such as oil & gas, shipbuilding, and chemical processing," said a company spokesperson. "By expanding both facilities simultaneously, we not only increase output but also improve production flexibility. Our customers benefit from shorter lead times and higher quality consistency – whether their order is processed in Yangzhou or Wenzhou."

The two bases now operate with a combined annual capacity exceeding 20,000 tons of finished pipe fittings and flanges. The Yangzhou base, known for its convenient logistics near the Yangtze River Delta, focuses on large-diameter butt-weld fittings and prefabricated pipe spools for heavy industries. The Wenzhou base, located in the heart of China’s stainless steel production cluster, specializes in high-alloy, small-diameter, and custom-standard products (including ASTM, ASME, DIN, JIS, and GB).

Both facilities share the same ISO9001:2008 quality management system and are equipped with advanced testing instruments, including spectrometers, universal tensile testers, and hydrostatic testing machines. The expansion also includes a new centralized quality control center that monitors production in real-time across both locations.

Yuxin has also expanded its warehousing capacity at both bases, allowing the company to stock a wider range of standard flanges and fittings for immediate shipment. This move is expected to reduce delivery times to key export markets, including the European Union, North America, Brazil, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

The company added that further investments in automation and employee training are planned for the second half of 2026, reinforcing Yuxin’s commitment to operational excellence and customer-centric growth.
